The best on the marketplace for the price seems to be the Nvidia 7600 GS AGP
The Gainward Golden 7900GS 512MB. It's the single 7900 AGP card to use the later G71 core (generally, this allows for high clock speeds), and it's also, AFAIK, one of the only 512MB AGP cards on the open market.

I would suggest the 7950gt. the 7950gt is best bang for the buck right in a minute. It would last a flawless couple years. if your willing to keep on for the new 8800 cards to drop afterwards just do that.

If you want a angelic graphics card for a good price, I would progress with an x1600 graphics card from ati. It have 512 mb of memory and a 400mhz core clock speed. Only about $130 at bestbuy.
