http://www.video-drivers.com/ is one . If that doesn't work, find out who actually made the chipset on the and run to the chipset manufacturers website. A model number and entitle of the card would have be helpful. That's resembling asking "where do I go to see people".
I would budge directly to the manufacturers website (it's pretty much down to ATI/AMD and nVidia) at this point, and download the most up-to-date drivers they offer. I would really avoid any third carnival downloads, as you are just asking for Viruses/Spyware.
