what is proper route to insert a disk contained by the computer? Shouldn't the writing or logo's be frontage up?

I hold a DVD from a photographer with 500 pictures on it. It's on a DVD-R disk. My computer will not start it. Am I doing something wrong? I have plenty of disk space available. Please give a hand.

Does your computer have a DVD player? Or is it a short time ago a standard CD-ROM drive. If its not DVD player you will not be able to clear a DVD-R disk.

Not trying to sound condesending, but I other try to start with the unmistakable first. :D
does your computer have a dvd drive? or a short time ago a cd rom drive? you need a dvd drive to support dvd disc
it might be because Ur computer does not support
doesnt concern if yu have space or not....yes is obverse up......but yu did not say if yu enjoy a dvd-rom....so first be shore yu can read dvd-r or dvd-rw on the ..........place yu insert the dvd.....

if the dvd has scraces or defect ...that can be a problem to.....or maybe it have a right deffect....or maybe....destiny does't want yu to see the fotos :D...sorry can relieve my self ...do not now...this are the things that may be
fashion sure your computer can play dvds first. As far as inserting a disk goes, the shiny, silvery side should other be face down, since that's the facts side.
No, actually, you probably aren't. It is that the drive you are trying to read it within does not support -R. It is probably only +R. There is no bearing to win that one except have the originator remake within on a +R drive.
