Actually, 37c at languish seems a bit hot. What kind of temperatures are you seeing below load? If they are still surrounded by the low to mid 40s, you probably don't have a problem. If they are greater, you might start worrying. To advise you on what to do will require more information.
37 degree celcius is not hot at all, for a cpu.
