It is human being reported in Vista and in general sits towards the 100% zone, wondering if this is normal or not. Do I involve to change the RAM within my system ? My computer is running very vastly slowly (like 15 minutes to log on!)

did you install vista already on a xp for example.

It is also certain as a hard page guiltiness. It is perfectly regular (at least from a users point of view). It happen when a piece of data is requested specifically not in memory (in this travel case it is on a CD or HD). There is no instrument you can control it because it is handled by the OS, and resting on that, it is completely normal. It could also develop with a software problem but is unlikely to be cause by a hardware problem.
