When someone say "round cable" they are refering to the type of IDE cable (it goes to your HDD or DVD/CD ROM)...some are round and some are flat. Round cable help next to air flow.
Do you really expect to find an answer with such an ambiguous cross-examine?



It's your video cable ... no, it's your keyboard cable ... no, it's your mouse cable...
alot of computer cable are round. keyboard, mouse are round. some monitor cable can be as well. etc.
They are cable used to connect your IDE/ATAPI peripherals (Hard drives, CD roms etc) to your motherboard. They're the exact same as ribbon (flat) cable, except the cable is rounded like power cable etc.
