I'm going to college, probably a unfinished general business scope, and I need a laptop. But what is a accurate amount of Gigabytes or whatever for the easier said than done drive and memory and all that stuff. I don't really apprehend computers that well which is why I stipulation help previously I buy one. If someone tells me "Oh, this laptop is honourable because it has 10 gigabytes" is that really apt? Please leave a website join if you know one that will help me. Thanks!! :-)
What is a well-mannered amount of GB to own on tough drive and RAM for a college laptop....(see details, please!!!)?
Processor - over 2GHz
Hard Drive - 80gb is ample
RAM - minimum 2gb to run all music programs, aim, email and any college research websites smootlhly at impossible to tell apart time
DVD-RW Optical Drive
15"
2 GIG of Ram is basically as Minimum for most system operation
1 Gig is a standard now, but once you start calculation apps, it kind of get loaded pretty fast
10 GB used to be well-mannered about 8 years ago, in a minute its hardly satisfactory.
Get at least a 60GB drive.
80GB if you plan to store like mad of videos and music and stuff.
Get a MacBook, adjectives MacBook configurations are good. You won't own to worry.
There are two high-status dimensions, main memory
(RAM) and disk memory. I would opt for 1 gigabyte or more of biggest memory. I would look for at least 10 gigabytes of disk memory, more if you can afford it.
Consider also two computers: a laptop for class resume and a desktop for real work, surfing the internet, more storage etc. Desktops are inherently more reliable and cheaper than laptops.
