What is a honest (and free) utility for monitoring motherboard statistics similar to CPU temp, system temp, etc.?

Trying to troubleshoot a computer that is to say randomly crashing... Memory diagnostics cleared the memory, and my BIOS say my CPU is running at 70 degrees Celsius (Intel E6400).

What is a honest (and free) utility for monitoring motherboard statistics similar to CPU temp, system temp, etc.?

progress to www.filehippo.com you'll find it there
Also, do a hunt for Speed Fan,, it give you adjectives sorts of temperatures and admirer speeds. And it's free.
Try this:http://www.passmark.com/

and this: http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php

If you're cpu is getting that hot try reseating your hsf. a lot of ethnic group are having a problem next to the stock hsf on the core 2 duo processor where it's not seated properly.
your CPU is running to hot check &clean roast sinks, clean fan

the lower the temp the better it runs.
